    The fastest way to quickly settle a racing mind.

    • This course lets you quickly get started with this ancient practice and understand the subtle nuances of how to get the most out of it.

    • A series of short videos walk you through all the steps in a short afternoon.

    • We’ll explore together the use of the practice of japa with mantra, with prayer and with affirmations, so you can experience the full gamut of what can be done with this rapid technique to bring quiet to your mind.

  • KICKSTART YOUR MEDITATION COURSE

    • In one afternoon you’ll have the core knowledge you need for a meditation practice that can last you a lifetime.

    • Go through the short videos I’ve made for you at your own speed.

    • I’ve included tips and answers to questions you may have, as well as a number of guided meditations.

  • DISCOVER PRANA COURSE

    • This is the foundation to all the advanced work to come. It is the central key we will use to unlock the deeper levels of Self because it is the fastest way to open the subtle body of energy.

    • I’ve taught people who have been meditating for decades, yet haven’t connected with the power and circuitry of prana.

    • For this reason, this course is a prerequisite for all of the intermediate courses I teach, regardless of your previous experience in meditation.

  • 30 DAY ACCOUNTABILITY GROUP MEDITATION

    • Show up every day. Sit together with me. Build a lasting practice.

    • Oftentimes it’s the commitment we make to someone else that helps us get over barriers we may put up for ourselves. This is why “accountability groups” work.

    • Use our meditation community as your own accountability buddy - we’ll be there for you!

    • Whatever style of meditation you practice now, having a group to sit with every day can make all the difference to gaining regularity.

Japa Course

  • You’ll be able to watch all the videos in less than 2 hours. The course is self-paced, so you can watch a few at a time or watch them all at once.

  • $47 for the entire course;
    You’ll have access to the course for 12 months after you enroll.

  • None! Anyone can practice japa, you don’t even have to have any interest in meditation - this technique is that powerful.

  • Specific details about the course will be available soon, as well as the opportunity to preview the introductory lesson.

  • None! This is the place to start, even if you are completely new to meditation.

Prana Course

  • The overall video content of the course is about 8 hours, but it is divided into short lessons that I recommend you take time to work with before moving on to the next lesson. Many lessons also use accompanying guided meditations.
    The course is self-paced, so you can watch a few at a time or watch them all at once.


    Most people spend 3-5 weeks working through the material in this module.

  • $149 for the entire course;
    You’ll have access to the course for 12 months after you enroll.

  • It’s good to have some experience with meditation and have a regular practice before you begin this course. It’s not mandatory though. You’re welcome to jump in to your exploration of the inner journey from this launching pad.

Come Sit With Me

  • I open my afternoon meditation up to those who want to join me. Many members of my private group take advantage of this opportunity, and we invite you to come too.

    We sit for an hour, but you may sign off from the zoom session whenever you want. I encourage everyone to stay for at least 20 minutes as their minimum, but really… it’s up to you.

    The thing of it is just to become regular - you’ll see what a difference it makes.

  • $33 to join our zoom for a month, or $30 if you subscribe on a monthly basis.

  • A desire to develop a regular meditation practice. These sessions do not include any instruction in meditation, so you are expected to have some kind of a basic understanding of how to meditate, but any style of meditation is fine.
