4. Refund Policy

I want you to feel supported and confident in your learning—here’s what to expect:

Memberships & Course Access

Access to all courses and content is available only while your membership is active. Once billed, fees are non-refundable; cancel anytime and you’ll retain access until your billing cycle ends.

Private Coaching Sessions

Life happens—just let me know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule, and we’ll find a new time. Sessions canceled or missed with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable.

Group Programs & Memberships

Memberships are billed monthly. You may cancel any time; access continues until the end of that billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

  • First-time members can enjoy a 7-day “settle in” guarantee—if it’s not for you, request a refund within 7 days of joining your first membership course.

Workshops, Events & Retreats

Deposits required to hold spots are non-refundable.

  • If you cancel at least 7 days before the event, you may receive a refund of your remaining balance.

  • After that window, no refunds—but transferring your spot to someone else may be an option.
