1. Privacy Policy

Mobile Apps
This privacy policy also covers all the mobile apps offered by StopTheMind. All our apps are designed with privacy in mind — they do not require you to create an account, and they do not track you across other apps or websites.
Data collected and how it's used:
Redemption codes — if you enter a code to unlock the app, that code is used solely within the app to verify your purchase. It is not stored or linked to any personal information.
Purchase information — in-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple or Google Play. We receive confirmation that a purchase was made, but we never see your payment details.
Practice data — your streak and practice history are stored locally on your device only. This data never leaves your phone and is not transmitted to us.
We do not use analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or third-party tracking in this app. We do not sell your data.

Terms of Use & End User License Agreement
Effective for all Stop The Mind iOS apps, including Turn Beads, and any future apps published under the Stop The Mind name.
Your Agreement
By downloading or using any Stop The Mind app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
The License We Give You
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use our apps on Apple devices you own or control, for your own private, non-commercial use. That's it — you may not resell, sublicense, or distribute the app or any content within it.
Subscriptions
Some apps offer auto-renewable subscriptions (such as Premium Monthly, Premium Annual, and Premium Lifetime access in Turn Beads). Here's what you need to know:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods, except where required by law
Lifetime purchases are one-time payments with no recurring charges
Free trials, if offered, will be clearly described at the point of purchase, including any conversion terms that apply.
What You Can't Do
You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, or create derivative works from our apps or their content. All audio recordings, visual assets, and written content are original works and remain our property.
Intellectual Property
All content within our apps — including audio recordings, bead imagery, animations, and written text — is owned by Stop The Mind or used under license. Nothing in this agreement transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
Apple's Role
Our apps are distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to provide support or handle claims related to our apps. Apple's standard terms and conditions apply alongside these terms. In the event of any conflict, Apple's terms take precedence.
No Medical Advice
Our apps are for personal wellness and contemplative practice only. Nothing in them constitutes medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. Results vary. You take responsibility for your own wellbeing.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our apps are provided as-is. We make no guarantees that they will be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly suited to your needs.
Limitation of Liability

The resulting works — including images, diagrams, audio, and text — are protected under copyright law as part of the Stop the Mind Meditation curriculum. Stop the Mind Meditation retains full ownership and commercial rights to these materials.
Certain visual elements (such as photographs, illustrations, or video clips) are used under license from third-party providers, including Freepik (Premium membership) and Unsplash (via Squarespace’s integrated stock library). These assets are incorporated into our original creative work in accordance with each provider’s license terms. 6. Refund Policy
I want you to feel supported and confident in your learning—here’s what to expect:
Memberships & Course Access
Access to all courses and content is available only while your membership is active. Once billed, fees are non-refundable; cancel anytime and you’ll retain access until your billing cycle ends.
Private Coaching Sessions
Life happens—just let me know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule, and we’ll find a new time. Sessions canceled or missed with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable.
Group Programs & Memberships
Memberships are billed monthly. You may cancel any time; access continues until the end of that billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
First-time members can enjoy a 7-day “settle in” guarantee—if it’s not for you, request a refund within 7 days of joining your first membership course.
Workshops, Events & Retreats
Deposits required to hold spots are non-refundable.
If you cancel at least 7 days before the event, you may receive a refund of your remaining balance.
After that window, no refunds—but transferring your spot to someone else may be an option.
