Course FAQ

  • Most people can watch all of the core video lessons in just over an hour. If you’d like, you can split them into a few short sessions — the course is completely self-paced, so you can go at the pace that feels comfortable for you.

    (If you’re in a hurry, you can even skip the intro chapter and finish the core course material in 45 minutes).

    There’s also an optional FAQ section within the lessons that takes just another 5–15 minutes if you want to explore those extra tips.

    Finally, you’ll find a library of guided meditations ranging from 15 to 60 minutes. These aren’t part of the initial instruction — they’re designed for your daily practice and can be used again and again once you’ve completed the course.

  • The entire Kickstart Meditation Program is in video format - Each lesson is a short video. The average video length is about 6 minutes. The longest video is just 10 minutes long.

    This format makes is easy to be fully focused on each lesson or to go back and review them when you want.

  • I encourage everyone to meditate for at least 20 minutes every day. I think this is the minimum threshold to begin to feel the impact of meditation. Many people though enjoy meditating for much longer than that, so I have created each guided meditation in five time variations: 20, 25, 30, 45 and 60 minute. You can work with these as you learn how to fit meditation into your own schedule and daily rhythm.

  • All you need is a comfortable, quiet place to sit. A chair is fine — no special posture or cushion required.

    When you get to the next stage about using the included guided meditations, you might want to use headphones to immerse yourself fully, but they’re not at all required.

  • You’ll have the tools to meditate with confidence right away. Many people choose to deepen their practice by joining my Foundations of Meditation program or continuing into group study or private mentorship. I’ll give you a few options down the road, but you’ll have the basics you need after finishing this course.

  • Not at all. This course is designed for brand-new beginners and also works beautifully for those who have tried meditation before but never found something that really clicked.

  • Believe me! You’re not alone!

    Many of my students come in feeling the same way. My method is different: it’s clear, practical, and focused on giving you a direct experience of meditation that works — even if nothing else has.

  • Most students notice a sense of calm or ease right away. Your experience may be subtle at first, but with a little consistency, the results really build quickly — often much faster than you might expect.

  • Yes! The videos and audios work on any device — computer, phone, or tablet — so you can practice wherever you are.

  • If you purchased a package that includes a follow-up session, you can bring your questions there and we’ll work through them together. If your package doesn’t include a follow-up, you can always reach out through the Contact page — I’m happy to offer guidance and help you get the most from your practice. I also offer private mentorship sessions (see offerings).

  • From the time you begin your course you will have access for 12 months.
