I’m Mindo and I’ll be drawing on 55 years of practice combined with my experience teaching hundreds of students, to make meditation simple, approachable, and powerful for you too.

Most people can watch all of the core video lessons in just over an hour. If you’d like, you can split them into a few short sessions — the course is completely self-paced, so you can go at the pace that feels comfortable for you.
(If you’re in a hurry, you can even skip the intro chapter and finish the core course material in 45 minutes).
There’s also an optional FAQ section within the lessons that takes just another 5–15 minutes if you want to explore those extra tips.
Finally, you’ll find a library of guided meditations ranging from 15 to 60 minutes. These aren’t part of the initial instruction — they’re designed for your daily practice and can be used again and again once you’ve completed the course.

The entire Kickstart Meditation Program is in video format - Each lesson is a short video. The average video length is about 6 minutes. The longest video is just 10 minutes long.
This format makes is easy to be fully focused on each lesson or to go back and review them when you want.

All you need is a comfortable, quiet place to sit. A chair is fine — no special posture or cushion required.
When you get to the next stage about using the included guided meditations, you might want to use headphones to immerse yourself fully, but they’re not at all required.

You’ll have the tools to meditate with confidence right away. Many people choose to deepen their practice by joining my Foundations of Meditation program or continuing into group study or private mentorship. I’ll give you a few options down the road, but you’ll have the basics you need after finishing this course.

Not at all. This course is designed for brand-new beginners and also works beautifully for those who have tried meditation before but never found something that really clicked.
