30-Day Meditation Consistency Challenge
Show up every day. Sit with my support. Build a lasting practice.
For 30 days, we meet daily for a shared meditation. Each session is short and simple: I’ll start us off with a brief point of inspiration for our practice, a reminder about our approach and our intention, and then we’ll sit together in the Deep Stillness of the Inner Dimension. I may offer a guided meditation, gentle music, or pure quiet. My presence keeps you accountable, while also giving you the encouragement and steadiness you need to make meditation a natural part of your life.
If you can make the 5:00 pm Pacific Time slot, you are invited to join my private group, which meets 6 days a week for meditation. We meet for an hour (you can leave early of course if you’re not quite ready to take on an hour meditation). We don’t meditate together at that time on Mondays.
If you can’t meet with the group you may book me as your private accountability partner and we’ll set a time together.
This isn’t about perfect technique — it’s about showing up, day after day, until meditation feels effortless and woven into your rhythm.
This invitation is open to all experience levels:
New Meditators: Meditation doesn’t have to feel confusing or impossible. For 30 days, we’ll meet briefly every single day — just long enough for you to sit, breathe, and discover the calm that comes from consistency. You don’t need experience, and you don’t have to “get it right.” My role is simply to be there with you, guiding when needed, and helping you stay steady. Little by little I’ll introduce you over the course of the month to the principles of meditation that will last you a lifetime.
Experienced Meditators: Even after years of meditation, we all hit periods from time to time where our intentions and our actions seem to part company for awhile. (Believe me… “been there done that”). Let me step in and help you bridge the gap to get consistent again.
By the end of the 30 days, you’ll have:
A consistent meditation habit that feels second nature.
A felt sense of how daily practice transforms your state of mind.
A new level of confidence in your ability to sit, no matter what your day looks like.
Do you have a meditation practice you’ve learned from someone else?
That’s great! You can be practicing any form of meditation, and I’ll be honored to sit with you and support you in that practice – you don’t need to have learned from me to have my support in creating or renewing your consistency.
Take up the challenge, and discover what becomes possible when you truly commit.
What time of day will we meet?
If you join the group you log on with us at 4:55 PM Pacific time. If you choose private sessions, then once you sign up we’ll have a conversation to find a time slot that works for us both. There are openings between 8 AM-4:30 PM pacific time. If you’d like to confirm our shared time before committing, drop me a note first.
